About Us

Welcome to Care For Me & You, a groundbreaking youth-powered movement that’s redefining how young people understand and overcome trauma. Created by siblings Zuri and Posie Swift in California, our mission is simple but powerful: to give youth the knowledge, tools, and support they need to turn pain into power. Care For Me & You is here to build a future where trauma awareness and healing are accessible to all.

Our Story

Two siblings. One vision. A shared passion for change.

Zuri Swift: A freshman at Chabot College studying Psychology and Business, Zuri brings a deep commitment to mental health advocacy. She’s the visionary, working to shape a brighter path for young people navigating trauma.

Posie Swift: A junior at Life Learning Academy and a rising talent in software development through the Hidden Genius Project, Posie is the tech powerhouse behind the scenes, turning their vision into reality.

With support from their father and a shared drive to make a difference, Zuri and Posie are redefining what’s possible for youth empowerment and mental wellness.
